This was a study I did using Patti Molica’s book on painting fast and loose. While not an original composition (it is a detail from Patti’s larger painting), I love how it turned out. It would look smashing in a small nook of a kitchen.
(And is it me, or does it look like the cups and cherries are copycats themselves?)
